It was brought to our attention this week that a non Jewish worker from Foozo entered the restaurant last Shabbos at around 5:00 PM to prepare dough. This was done without the permission or the knowledge of the owner. He had been given an allowance to enter the restaurant after Shabbos to make certain preparations for the next day, and he violated those conditions.
Corrective actions have been taken to prevent this type of violation from occurring again.
